A self-confessed book-aholic, Gina's interests are as varied as her books collection. In her early days fresh from USM, Gina had a taste of Public Relations and Corporate Communications in HLB Unit Trust Berhad (formerly known as HLG Unit Trust). From there, Gina was quickly spotted as a talented PR officer, and she was absconded to Allianz Life Assurance (formerly known as MBA Life Berhad) to undertake a managerial position. Gina is one of the fortunate people to turn her passion into an income-generating activity. Turning freelance in 2005, she has not looked back since. Her portfolio as a freelancer included a year stint as the editorial chief for OH! Only Health magazine; assistant editor for Amway Malaysia, a privately hired closed-door conference journalist for Pfizer Asia Pacific; a copywriter-cum-advisor for an aspiring up and coming group of internet search engines solutions provider; and supporting boutique advertising agencies.
